Our Proposal Management workbook serves as the blueprint for building a competitive proposal. It starts with a Compliance Matrix broken out by eligibility and submission requirements as well as by individual volume. The Proposal Management workbook includes a To-Do list for you to ensure that you prioritize the most time-consuming tasks first. We will mark tasks and compliance elements complete so that the entire team understands the progress made on the proposal at any given time. We also build out a comprehensive proposal template with space allocated for each section.
